Ordering Info All titles available on DVD only. Age:  By placing an order, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age. When an order is received, DVD's are usually shipped the next day, within two business days at most.  All U.S. orders are shipped USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail.  Orders outside the U.S. are shipped via USPS 3-5 day Global Priority Mail (if available in your country, otherwise tapes are shipped via another service). All Cinesmoke DVD's are DVD-R format, NTSC standard, region-free.  PAL standard DVD's are not currently available but may be in the future.  For more info on NTSC and PAL, please see a little further below... . Videos are shipped in discreet packaging with "Michael Stewart" as sender on the label. Here's what a typical package looks like... Let's take a closer look at that label... International customers get similar packages, but the box is a little different. What are NTSC and PAL?   These are broadcast standards. NTSC is the standard for North America, and PAL is the standard for countries in Europe and elsewhere. They both use the same physical DVD disc, but the signal recorded on the disc is different for NTSC than it is for PAL. DVD players and TV's that are built for NTSC will not properly play video recorded in the PAL standard, and vice versa. When I find a link that offers a decent technical explanation of the NTSC and PAL standards, I will post it here.
