September 16, 2005 - Unfortunately, Cinesmoke is no longer accepting orders. I
apologize to those who will be disappointed by this.
I cannot seem to fulfill orders in
a timely and consistent fashion, almost everything I ship these days ships late. This
just causes me stress because I didn't get into this for the purpose of making
my customers mad. I don't like making my customers mad. From day one I have wanted
each and every customer to be happy with his purchase, to enjoy the videos, appreciate
the customer service, think it was a fair price and consider it money well spent. But these
days the customer service part is impossible for me to fulfill.
I am considering online streaming, which would take
the weakest link (me) out of the customer fulfillment process because the process would
be automated; the customer places an order, here comes the video stream. No one has to
wait on Michael to do anything. This is the only way Cinesmoke would continue. It may or
may not happen. We'll see.
In other news: I am busy working on a feature-length project,
the likes of which has never been seen before. I like to call it "the STAR WARS
of smoking videos". How and when it will be made available I do not know right now,
but you will definitely be hearing more about it.
